*Intro to BAR (First time Polers ONLY)
Step into the world of Pole Fitness – known to our studio as BAR. Join us for a 60 minute beginner lesson and consultation that will address FAQs and teach what to expect in progressive pole styled fitness. In this class you will learn pole etiquette, the pole walk, pole turns, hip circles, introductory spins and MORE! This class is required prior to taking Bar Level One. (No oils/lotions day of the class, shorts, and short sleeve shirt, socks, or bare feet, and no jewelry are recommendations for this class)
*Pole Playground (All levels welcome)
Meet us on the playground- A grown woman’s type of playground! Our Pole Coaches will be there with minimal instruction just to observe all safety rules are being followed while they watch you climb, spin on a pole, swing on the Aerial silk, or practice a sultry floor routine. This is your time to PLAY!
*C.I.A. (Climbs, Inverts, and Advanced Tricks)
Climbs, Inverts, and Advanced Tricks are for BAR Level 4 students in their 3rd week or beyond and all other advanced level participants. In this class your Pole Fitness Coach will assist you in performing complex aerial tricks and combos, various styled pole climbs for added strength and performance training, and be there to spot you for safety every step of the way. JOIN THE C.I.A.!
*Power Pole ChoreO (All levels welcome)
Having trouble creating a powerful attention grabbing routine? If you need assistance with your BAR level graduation or simply need to balance all the pole tricks you know with more dance transitions then drop in to Pole ChoreO. Heels, socks, or bare feet are recommended for this class.
*Head over Heels! (All levels welcome)
If the thought of strutting your stuff in a pair of sexy high heels and looking poised at the same time intimidates you - then this is YOUR class! Leave the tumble behind when sexy walking, twirling, and dancing by learning the proper techniques for balance and control in heels. Discover flirty ways to use heels as a prop in flirtatious choreographed routines. After taking this class you will walk away confident and feeling dominatingly sexy- and OH! Be able to take the heels with you! (Bring your own heels, or purchase from P.B.W.F. - 10% of proceeds on all heel purchase go to children without shoes)
*BAR-lesque” (All levels welcome)
Hip Hop fusion dance instruction that offers a variety of sexy, fun, and energetic teases. This class allows the student to discover their inner diva. Your Pole Fitness Coach will help you build endurance and stamina as you dance to routines inspired by stapled divas like Beyoncé and/or Rihanna. Chair dance will also be included in this class.
*Floor N’ Core (All levels welcome)
This class is the perfect way to learn seductive routines that you can practice anywhere because all you need is a FLOOR! Learn how to be the star of a performance and feel sexy doing it. Body rolls, leg play, and sexy crawls are just a few techniques taught in this class. As an added bonus there will be fat blasting abs and core exercises to strengthen your core. Flexibility exercises are also incorporated to provide more mobility. (Knee and foot protection is STRONGLY recommended for this class!!Purchase knee pads, socks, leg warmers, and/or heels from P.B.W.F. Or bring your own) 10% of proceeds on all heel purchase go to children without shoes.

By “POP”ular demand P.B.W.F. is going to show YOU how to Twerk! Learn the basic fundamentals in using your derrière to burn calories, tone leg muscles, increase endurance, and develop one of women’s top requested areas of the body- The BOOTY! Tennis shoes are recommended for this class
