90 Days of UNLIMITED Pole and Dance Fitness PLUS 2 Rounds of our 5 Week Guided Pole Fitness Training. Power BAR's 90 Day Program is designed to give you RESULTS! 

You will be enrolled in a 5 week course within the plan that teaches you pole fitness in a strategic step by step plan. Beginners do amazing in this course. Unlimited Drop in Classes, Open BAR Pass, Free Classes for Friends, and Exclusive Discounts!
