Follow these 5 Easy Steps to Register Your Groupon

 

1. Click the "Student Log In" button on the top left corner of our site OR Click HERE

 

2. Log In or Register a profile with WellnessLiving, our scheduling system

 

3. Go to the store and find the corresponding Groupon option that you purchased (5 classes or 10 classes) and add to cart

 

(NOTE: If you don't see a Groupon option to buy, click HERE)

 

4. Check Out and Sign the Groupon Contract

 

(NOTE: This is NOT a FREE option. Although you will not be charged by Power BAR Women's Fitness, You MUST have already purchased an actual Groupon and been given a Groupon voucher number)

 

5. Email your Groupon Voucher number to:

Customerservice@powerbarfit.com so that we can verify your purchase and redeem your voucher

3. Select the BAR Babes class at the location you want to attend and register using the credits you have on file

VERY IMPORTANT FAQS ABOUT USING GROUPON WITH OUR STUDIO!

 

- No Groups of 4 or MORE may join a class together. Please do not buy Groupons with a group of friends as we will not permit the group to pole together in a single class

 

- No multiple Groupons. We have a Very Strict Policy of no more than one Groupon per person. Multiple Groupons will not be honored and you will need to request a refund from Groupon

 

- BAR Babes is the class we offer through Groupon. Power BAR Women's Fitness is a program based studio. Because of this, we do not offer a plethora of drop in classes that are open to the public. To upgrade your experience and gain more access we recommend joining our recurring BAR Level Series

 

- Reservations are First Come First Serve.

We are not responsible for how fast our schedule fills up and we can not guarantee a spot for you without a reservation. The schedule opens up 14 days in advance from each class to be fair for everyone to have an opportunity to claim a spot. We have multiple sessions on our schedule at each studio for more opportunity to pole.

 

- Phone lines are for informational purposes only. We will not return calls about Groupons, but we invite you to use the online resources and the in studio resources for your questions. You may also email customerservice@powerbarfit.com

 

- No Shows are frowned upon because it holds up our schedule for other students who really want a chance to spin. If you have 2 consecutive no shows without a cancellation we will restrict your profile and you will no longer be able to reserve classes.

 

- Groupond may not be shared. You may not split a 5 or 10 class Groupon with 5 or 10 other people. Our Groupon Promo is meant for an individual experience and for a fitness experience. 

 

- Expired Unredeemed Groupons will not be honored with the promotion, but the amount paid for the Groupon will be used as a credit for an in house purchase. If a Groupon has been redeemed and partially used, you will forfeit unused classes if you let them expire
