What are the Rental Hours?

Mondays - 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Tuesdays - 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Wednesdays - 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Thursdays - 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Fridays - 8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Saturdays - 8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Sundays - 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

All rentals are taken on a first come first come first serve basis. You can rent the studio for as little as an hour or for a whole day. We also allow for standing rental reservations so you can grow your brand in a stable and consistent way. See our 2023 Rental Prices HERE

RENTAL RATES AND PACKAGES

FULL DAY RENTAL (8 Hours)

$700 for 8 hours | Sun – Thurs

$1,350 for 8 hours | Fri or Sat

*The rental session begins at the designated start time. Early access or late departure is not permitted and will acquire additional fees if the studio is accessed outside of the rental agreement time. If your rental time begins at 5:00 pm, that is the time you are permitted to enter the building. Likewise, if your rental time is completed at 10:00 pm, that is the time you must vacate the premise which includes all personal property and guests.*

BY THE HOUR (60 Minutes)

$99 per hour | Sunday – Thursday

$199 per hour | Friday or Saturday

* For all hourly rentals we charge a mandatory arrival/exit fee of $25. This allows you to access the studio 15 minutes before the rental and vacate the studio no more than 15 minutes after the hour rental. This fee must be paid at the time of paying for the reservation. This fee is non-refundable. *

MONTHLY ASSIGNED DAY

$950 for 3 designated hours on a single approved day (Sunday – Thursday)

$1,950 for 3 designated hours every Friday or Saturday on a month-to-month basis
